Christmas Day plans for the Yuan clan

BBQ lunch at 99 Union Street and in Temple Park

TIMING
12 noon start
12.30 lunch
2.30 finish lunch => park
3 onwards afternoon tea in park

MENU
- grilled lamb burgers
- Thai chicken skewers
- sausages
- cold seafood platter
- ham
- potato salad
- green salad
- megadarra (rice/lentil salad)
- berry fruit salad for desert with pavlova

plus bon-bons (Xmas crackers), mince pies, fruit cake or stollen (German xmas cake). And you can't have a barbie without bread and tomato sauce.

And to drink - sparkling wine, red/white, range of softdrinks, juice
